Zero emission technologies for local transport systems have a big role to play in the fight against climate change, transport being one of the largest sources of fossil fuel use and harmful emissions.
We kindly invite you to participate in a survey on zero emission mobility!
Currently, there is no comprehensive market survey for zero emission mobility available in Europe. Therefore, the European strategy consultancy Roland Berger is conducting a survey among cities and regions across Europe to quantify and qualify the demand for zero emission transport today and in the coming years. To generate a comprehensive and compelling overview, a substantial number of respondents is of key importance.
What is in it for you?
Financing zero emission transportation is often regarded as one of the major hurdles to the deployment of these technologies. The EU is actively addressing this problem through various funding programs. Your participation in the survey will help to broadcast specific funding requirements to the EU. The availability of first-hand data on current as well as planned zero emission transportation initiatives across Europe will allow the EU to tailor funding programs in terms of size and topic to your – as well as other European cities' and regions' – needs.
Additionally, we expect the survey to provide enhanced market guidance for manufacturers, enabling them to better understand the demand and, thus, to accelerate product development, scale up production and reduce costs. This survey should provide a better understanding of deployment plans for zero emission technologies in the coming years, enabling manufacturers to take into account these plans in their manufacturing schedules.
How can you participate?
The survey will not take more than 30 minutes of your time. The questionnaire is available through this link until September 15th. Your answers will be collected, analyzed and aggregated by Roland Berger and will be treated with complete confidentiality. The results will be available towards the end of the year.
